MINDFUL STRESS-REDUCTION BREATHING


1-hour classes - $20 per class

Stress may be a part of life, but that doesn’t mean that you have to let it become your routine. This class teaches you how to blend breathing, body awareness, and movement together to resolve stress neurologically. 

Stress, pain, anxiety, depression, and other negative health issues can all be worked through during our breathing course. Our goal is to help you better oxygenate your body through our breath work techniques so that you can lead a stronger, healthier, more joyful life!

OUR INSTRUCTOR


Denise Park grew up in the Southtowns where she raised her three children Brooke, Jonathan, and Celina with her soulmate, Brian. Denise has a diverse and rich education, including a master’s degree in early childhood education and special education, a ministerial certificate, a Reiki 1 certificate, and a mediumship certificate. 

She loves to tackle the snowmobile trails in winter months and get some wind therapy while riding motorcycles in other seasons! Her daily hobbies include breath work exercises for health, listening to music, dancing, earthing, and manifest journaling.
