Our guided group format classes are appropriate for all levels. Participants will experience fascial stretch techniques combined with breathing and mindfulness exercises designed to relax, refresh, and renew.

Indulge in an hour of stretching and mobility exercises that are executed standing up, sitting down, and lying down. This is a calm class and can increase your body and breath awareness while paving the way for other benefits, such as:

- Improved flexibility and mobility
- Reduced stress and tension levels
- Improved posture
- Increased range of motion
