Many of us have complicated relationships with food. Perhaps you indulge in food and then regret your choices immediately afterwards, or maybe you are an emotional eater and sometimes find yourself relying on food too much. 

Food doesn’t have to be the enemy, and with our Intuitive Eating course, we’ll help you reconcile with food for good. Our four-week interactive class series can help to empower you to end fad diets, tune into your body, feel vibrant, and live more mindfully. 

During this series, you will:
- Learn more about Intuitive Eating and how to use the principles behind it to transform your relationship with food
- Discover how your personal values relate to how you view your health and how to shift behaviors to lasting change
- Discuss practical tips for becoming more in tune with your body on a routine basis while still allowing for flexibility and self-compassion
- Learn how mindfulness can support your health and happiness by aiding in stress relief and a better sense of balance 

OUR INSTRUCTOR


Rachel is a health coach and registered dietitian with a passion for intuitive eating and mindfulness. Her passion is empowering others to create healthy, liberated relationships with food so that they can live with less stress and nourish their bodies lovingly. She has experienced the beauty of living more mindfully and believes everyone deserves access to these simple, life-changing tools.
