INVERSION SLING YOGA


1-hour private lessons by appointment - $100

Elevate your yoga in this unique private session. The yoga trapeze allows you to hang upside down, lengthening your spine and allowing you to move more freely. You’ll still engage in the same type of yoga as you would on foot, but you won’t have to worry about putting stress on your body. 

Our inversion sling yoga allows for pushing, pulling, holding, twisting, and back bending, as well as hip and shoulder mobility. You’ll also notice just how great of a workout this is for your abs and upper body!

OUR INSTRUCTOR


Jocelyn is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher and certified yoga trapeze instructor. She also teaches and leads our intermediate group stretch class. Through movement, breathing, and awareness, Jocelyn hopes to help you create a better bond with your own body!
